The new Law on Administrative Procedure has begun to be applied on 1st of July 2017. Appointment of authorized officials to conduct administrative procedures and decision-making, and even exchange of data according to official duty, are some of the innovations that the new legal framework brings. However, it is necessary to provide additional pre-conditions for their full application.
