New Horizon NGO is an active member of the network entitled “Our Administration”, initiated by Institute Alternativa together with other partners: Centre for Investigative Journalism from Podgorica, Bonum from Pljevlja and Natura from Kolašin.
The Network is established within the project “Civil Society for Good Governance: To Act and Account!”, which implements Institute Alternativa with its partners, funded by the European Union (EU)
One of the objectives of this project is to strengthen local ownership of the public administration reform and to put emphasis on the so far neglected area of service delivery at the local level.
