New Horizon opened a competition of artistic works for young people on the topic “Ulqin- City for Youth”. Young people had the opportunity to apply with their work in the field of photography, painting, drawing, and in that way express their needs regarding the following fields: employment, education, health, youth participation, human rights, family, free time, culture, and mobility.
Exhibition of selected works was held at the Gallery of the Center for Culture on 22.11.2014.
