\u201cNOVI HORIZONT\u201d (\u201cNew Horizon\u201d), in cooperation with the National Council of Albanians in Montenegro, has prepared an educational programme on European integrations, for the members of this Council. The first activity of this partnership was organised on 18 July 2009, in Ulcinj.<\/p>\n
General aim of this project is to contribute to spreading European values all over the area where the Albanians in Montenegro live and work, as well as to raise public awareness about the importance of Montenegro joining European integrations. Certainly, the best way for this aim to be achieved is to give information in mother tongue about what in fact the European Union represents and what advantages there are to be used once integrated in such an entity.<\/p>\n
