{"id":13555,"date":"2024-04-25T10:59:07","date_gmt":"2024-04-25T09:59:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/?p=13555"},"modified":"2024-07-30T10:06:42","modified_gmt":"2024-07-30T09:06:42","slug":"ngo-new-horizon-workshop-on-innovative-forms-of-tourism-held-in-ulcinj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/en\/ngo-new-horizon-workshop-on-innovative-forms-of-tourism-held-in-ulcinj\/","title":{"rendered":"NGO NEW HORIZON : WORKSHOP ON INNOVATIVE FORMS OF TOURISM HELD IN ULCINJ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the framework of the project &#8220;From fictitious to real hotel ideas for innovative forms of tourism&#8221; as part of the Interreg IPA South Adriatic 2021\/2027 program, on April 24, 2024, New Horizon organized in Ulcinj a workshop entitled &#8220;Workation &#8211; an innovative model of tourism&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants who exposed their presentations and actively participated in discussions in this workshop were: Representatives of the National Tourist Organization of Montenegro, the Municipality of Ulcinj, the University of Shkod\u00ebr, professors from University of Salento, tourist companies, business associations, public institutions, tour operators from Albania and Montenegro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The hospitality industry in Montenegro, new forms of eco-tourism and sustainable trends in tourism, slow travel, \u201cBleisure\u201d tourism which combines business and leisure, were some of the key points in this workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-13549\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/In-text-1024x583.jpg\" alt=\"In text\" width=\"1024\" height=\"583\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/In-text-1024x583.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/In-text-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/In-text-768x437.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/In-text-1536x875.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/In-text-2048x1167.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/In-text-1080x615.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main goal of this workshop was defining and understanding the new form of tourism named \u201cworkation\u201d or \u201cwork from touristic destination\u201d.
