{"id":12313,"date":"2022-11-01T10:42:26","date_gmt":"2022-11-01T09:42:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/?p=12313"},"modified":"2023-02-13T14:14:33","modified_gmt":"2023-02-13T13:14:33","slug":"strengthening-media-literacy-and-critical-thinking-of-young-people-from-minority-communities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ngo-horizonti.org\/en\/strengthening-media-literacy-and-critical-thinking-of-young-people-from-minority-communities\/","title":{"rendered":"STRENGTHENING MEDIA LITERACY AND CRITICAL THINKING OF YOUNG PEOPLE FROM MINORITY COMMUNITIES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This program is addressed to the ethnic minority youth who often spend long hours on social media consuming unfiltered information without applying critical thinking and media literacy skills to distinguish what is true and what is false. It comes as a result of language differences that noticeably make more difficult developing skills of critical thinking among them.<br \/>\nIt is planned that 30 youths (from Ulcinj and Tuzi), up to 25 years old, will be directly involved in all phases of the project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A special <strong>training program<\/strong> will contribute to participants&#8217;
